Three original Civil War tent pegs

Being offered are three original Civil War Tent Pegs. They measure approximately 9” x 7/8” each. Depending on the size of the tent, several of these pegs would be used in erecting the tent. They would be banged into the ground.

If broken or just worn down, they would be tossed into the fire pit. Some soldiers would just carve their own, but camp sutlers would have items like this readily available for the soldiers. They are in nice condition, only showing minimal use.
