Store Policies

Yankee Rebel Civil War Antiques offers the following Returns Policy: Contact me within 3 days of receiving your purchases if you have a problem or are dissatisfied. Please do not return without contacting me first. You will receive a refund (minus shipping) as long as the item is in the same condition as previously sent. Please remember, most of these artifacts are over 150 years old, so they will have their faults. I'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of my error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Layaway Policy: Layaways are welcome and available on items over $100.00 with a 1/3 down payment, 1/3 in 30 days and the balance paid within 60 days. The down payment must be received within 7 days after the order is placed. The item will be held until fully paid; once paid, it will be shipped on the next business day. If full payment is not received within 60 days, the item will be relisted on the website. Sorry, there are no refunds on layaways, but I will issue a store credit for the amount previously paid, however this cannot be applied to a new layaway. 

Consignments: 
On occasions I will accept original Civil War and 19th century antiques to be added to my website. With prior approval, the items would have to be sent to my location for photographing and added into inventory. The shipping charges and insurance to my location are the responsibility of the owner. If sold, the customer will pay the shipping to their location. Please drop me an email for further details and commission charges.
