Collection of Gettysburg relics, recovered on Baltimore Street

This is a nice grouping being offered that was recovered on Baltimore Street in Gettysburg from the late Edgar Ewing collection. It is a large key, 3-ring Minie Ball with the ramrod impression, musket ball, brass side of a pocket knife, brass toe tap, two saddle parts, and two flat buttons (possibly Confederate).

Baltimore Street seen a lot of activity during the Battle of Gettysburg. After the July 1^st battle, Union troops retreated down Baltimore Street and many Confederate soldiers followed. These relics come in the glass top display case pictured.
