Civil War Confederate Bullet, recovered at Seminary Ridge, Gettysburg (SOLD)

This is another nice piece being offered, it is a .58 caliber Confederate 2-ring bullet. It was recovered many years ago at Seminary Ridge, Gettysburg, on the west side near the Fairfield Road (see yellow circle on map).

This area was near the Confederate position along Seminary Ridge and the Fairfield Road and was also used as the Confederate retreat route after the battle. It came directly from a local Gettysburg family collection. The original Certificate of Authenticity will be included. The bullet would make a nice addition to a Gettysburg or Civil War collection. It comes in the glass top display case pictured.
