Civil War musket barrel. It cannot be made to fire or used as a replacement part, it is for relic display only. It measures 26 1/2" long and appears to be a .58 cal. One end is slightly bent, which was either battle related or purposely damaged so it couldn't be used again. It was recovered on private property at a Union Camp in Stafford, Virginia. This piece has been coated in a varnish for preservation and remains very solid with no flaking.
